What does Arbor mean?

What does Arbor mean when shopping for circular saw blades?

ARBOR is the shaft, driven by the saw's motor, which turns the saw blade, aka a mandrel.

ARBOR HOLE or size refers to the center bore or center hole in the blade through which the ARBOR passes through. This must be accurately broached or cuts will waver.

The ARBOR size can be found in the manual that the saw came with.
